We saw this album with photography by Simon Darby of Wanaka Photography as it went through the Bindery. It showcases not just beautiful photography of Kate and James' lovely wedding, but the stunning New Zealand landscape. Wanaka is a tourist and holidaymaker destination, and the subject of much iconic New Zealand photography. The album also shows some of the features that make our Duo unique. The album has a Buckram Carbon cover with Futura embossing. The matted pages are Pagemount style, with a keyline around the prints created by carefully hand trimming To View More >>

This is the second in a series about enhancing data privacy and controls in Workspace, especially in relation to GDPR. If you haven’t read our previous posts, start here. In today's post we discuss the privacy settings for Workspace online galleries, what each privacy setting means, and the changes we’ve made to ensure that your clients' data rights are protected. Photographs are considered to be personal data and are therefore subject to the rules about data protection. So if, like most photographers, you publish peoples' images in online galleries, or in sample albums To View More >>

As 2013 comes to a close we'd like to express our gratitude. At Queensberry it's been a year of many new projects as well as having the opportunity to work with a growing community of photographers all over the world. Thank you. For a bit of fun we're having a 12 days of Christmas Celebration. Every day there will be new things to win. Studio website make overs, fine art prints and frames, workspace subscriptions and of course albums. Keep an eye on the Queensberry Album Facebook page. Our email list goes back well over a decade. A scary thought when you think about it! People could have been shooting film when they signed up … or still at High School. Mac OSX and Win XP could have been in the future, let alone Facebook and Twitter! (On the other hand there'll be people on it who signed up for Photojunction only yesterday, but in order to design albums from Brand X.) The fact is we've been changing just as much as the world has, but I'll bet many people won't know about the Queensberry Press, for example, or Musée, or our Apple® connection. Or that that you no longer need To View More >>

In Workspace it's so easy to control how you share your images, and who with. From the top... 1. Privacy status - toggle between public (anybody can view the collection), private (people need to know the sharing URL or the password you set), or semi-private (same as private but people can see the feature image - looks so much better on your Workspace website). 2. Enable shopping cart - you can sell images from any collection you choose, even on our Free plan. Coming to mobile slideshows very soon. 3. You can set up as many price lists as you like in Workspace, and choose which one is best for To View More >>

How interesting are your wedding photos? It depends how old they are. If your wedding was a month ago you love them. If your wedding was a year ago maybe you haven't thought about them in a while. If your wedding was twenty years ago you won't have thought about them in years! If your wedding was thirty years ago that hunk you married is someone's granddad. If your wedding was forty years ago, your grandkids are a bit impressed by the hunk that Granddad used to be … and how strangely people dressed back in the day. § After forty years those old pictures are as interesting as they were a month To View More >>

Forums are about community... Sharing ideas, asking questions, providing feedback. We've just integrated our forums with our Queensberry and Photojunction Facebook pages to harness the power of one of the largest online communities in the world. On both pages, if you want to ask a question go to the 'Discussions' tab (highlighted in the graphic). If you want to offer feedback (or give someone else's idea a boost) go to the 'Feedback' tab. As well as these we're starting work on building a more user-friendly knowledge base. Look forward to hanging out with you more on Facebook :) Cheers, Nigel To View More >>

OK, we just removed the data storage limits from our top Workspace plan … but we're not in the Storage business, we're in the Usage business! We've put a major effort into building tools and services for you, and we keep a close eye on what you're doing with them. Here's what we notice… 1. Given our background it's probably no surprise that the most popular function is proofing PJ albums, or that the most popular album design method is getting us to do it for you (our design orders have doubled). 2. Our most active user has logged in 187 times! Is it a coincidence that (s)he also has the highest To View More >>
